Use of Heavy Edge MPP Film : Hoc_age
capacitors are manufactured re-enforced heavy edge metal spray using
aluminium,silver and zinc combination ensuring high current carrying
capacity and better withstand of electro-mechanical stresses.
Self -Healing Character : Unlike the
traditional paper/all. Foil capacitor these capacitors have self healing
character. Whereby any electrical short circuit inside the capacitor is
cleared from the particular surface without affecting the whole capacitor.
Low energy Consumption : These capacitor
consume very low energy keeping internal temp. very low.
High Temperature Capability : Because of
low dissipation factor(tan d) these capacitors can operate under high
temperature also.

MONITORED AT DIFFERENT STAGES VIZ:
In Coming Check : Each and every raw
material used is Stringently checked before going to the production floor,
especially the MPP film.
In Process Check : During the process
every capacitor goes through very stringent tests like high
voltage,capacitance,and loss factor(tan d) etc.
Final Check : Before packing each
capacitor is checked once again with high voltage and capacitance to ensure
quality product supply.
All the type tests are regularly carried out in house along with other
accredited laboratories
